CSIRO’s Ultimo office placed a substantial order this week, and the scale of it told its own story. Twenty six sandwich, wrap and baguette platters going to one workplace suggests this was feeding a room, not just a meeting.
Alongside the platters, a handful of individual 1.5 packs were included. Chicken avo, salmon cream cheese, crunchy salad and a gluten free chicken avo option. That last one matters more than it might look. In a group that size, having a gluten free pack ready means someone isn’t quietly eating around things or waiting for a separate order to arrive.
The crunchy salad packs were ordered in the highest quantity of the individual options, which tends to happen when the group skews towards lighter eating during a long session.
