The team at Group GSA ordered lunch for six, and the bowls were doing most of the heavy lifting. Two Chicken Vietnamese Salad Bowls, two Bibimbap Poke Bowls, a Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl, and a Hot Honey Ground Beef Bowl covered the table, each one a proper meal rather than something to pick at between meetings. The beef bowl in particular tends to catch people off guard in the best way, that hot honey glaze sitting somewhere between sweet and sharp.
Delivered to Woolloomooloo, the order came with six wooden forks, which tells you this was a sit down lunch, not something grabbed on the go. The DA-SH sparkling waters across three flavours, grapefruit, lime, and peach, gave people something to actually choose from rather than defaulting to whatever was in the fridge.
