The Woolloomooloo office of the National Heart Foundation of Australia had a delivery from us recently, and it was a compact but considered order. Forty-two gourmet arancini alongside forty tartlets gave the team something substantial to graze on, while the seasonal fruit platter kept things feeling fresh rather than heavy.

What made this order function well in a workplace setting was the balance between finger food and something lighter. The arancini and tartlets handled the savoury side without any overlap, and the fruit platter gave people a reason to return to the table between bites rather than loading up all at once.

The tartlets in particular tend to disappear quickly in office environments, and forty rarely leaves much behind.
