This is why we support local growers and suppliers (minimising food miles), and only ever use sustainably sourced seafood and RSPCA approved chicken. (Please also note that the chicken and beef we use in all our dishes is halal certified).

Commitment to sustainability

Our commitment to sustainability also extends to our cutlery and packaging. More than 99% of our breakfast food packaging is recyclable, and we use plant-based rather than conventional plastics. In this way, our packaging does not need to be thrown away into useless landfill.

In addition, we also partner with OzHarvest and donate any fresh, unused food at the end of each day to this wonderful Australian charity, so as to cut down and fight food waste, and help those who, for whatever reason, cannot otherwise access fresh food.
