  • Do you deliver to me?

    It’s very likely we do! We deliver to over 600 suburbs all over greater Sydney. Simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out if we deliver to your suburb.

  • Is there a minimum order, and delivery fee?

    We have a reasonable order and delivery fee to make sure we can cover the cost of our staff, transport and refrigeration. We use fresh produce from local Aussie farmers, so we take extra steps in ensuring a smooth, refrigerated delivery process to hold its freshness.

    Our minimum order is $80, and our delivery fee is $15. If you order $300 or more, delivery is free.

  • What are the order cut off times?

    We have different cut off times for different locations, as some locations can take us a little longer to get there so we need to plan ahead. To view cut off times for each suburb, simply enter your postcode or suburb in the section above called “Check if we deliver to you” to find out.

  • How do I get in contact?

  • Can I collect the order?

    Certainly! Let us know what time and day you would like to collect and we will have it ready and waiting for you from one of our stores. At the moment, collection is only available from our store on Pitt St in the Sydney CBD. When you order online, you can simply select the option for pick-up instead of delivery.

  • Can I order something that’s not on your online menu?

    We always do our best to accommodate special requests for our customers. Give us a ring on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au.

  • What do I do when I receive my delivery?

    We suggest getting the relevant items into the fridge (or some items into the freezer) within 1 hour of delivery to keep it as fresh as possible. If your item requires assembly or any cooking, you will receive instructions in your box with a QR code which will direct you online to a page with easy to follow instructions.

  • How many serves in a create your own kit?

    Each flavour option in the sandwich and salad do-it-yourself kits comes with 4 servings. The minimum order is two flavours so you will receive at least 8 servings. You can add more if you like also!

  • Can I change my order?

    If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us asap on (02) 9252 1982 or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au. Once we receive your order, we organise this with our kitchen, and arrange orders for fresh produce and ingredients from our suppliers which we usually can’t cancel or change. Contact us as soon as you know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order 7 days before your delivery date. If you cancel your order any later than 7 days, we cannot offer any refunds or credits. This is because we are charged by the suppliers for the stock we have ordered, and because many of our ingredients are fresh produce, we cannot resell it. If you need to cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, call us as soon as you know on (02) 9252 1982 and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Do I need to be home to collect my order?

    No you don’t! Your order will be safely delivered to your doorstep, or however you instruct us to deliver. If you have a specific place you would like it to be left in, add this to your notes so our driver is aware. You will be notified once your order is delivered. We will not be able to provide replacements for thefts, so we suggest you can attend to your delivery asap.

  • How is my order packed and delivered?

    Your order is freshly packed on the day of delivery and transported in a refrigerated facility. You’ll receive your package in a recyclable box, a specially made wool insulation which is 100% biodegradable, and ice packs to keep your products cool. We will ensure delivery is contactless to ensure your safety. To find out more about the wool packaging, click here.

  • Cooking is not my forte. Are these meals hard to prepare?

    These meals are so easy to prepare, you could do it with your eyes closed (maybe leave one eye open). Many of our items are ready to eat without having to do anything more.

    For items which you need to assemble, or heat, the hardest prep is usually done for you (chopping, poaching, seasoning etc). All you need to do is assemble! There are some items which require some minimal preparation like cooking rice, or cutting a veggie. In your delivery, you will receive instructions in your box with a QR code which will direct you online to a page with easy to follow instructions.

  • Do I need additional ingredients?

    We provide everything you need as per our ingredients on the website. If you would like to add additional seasoning (chilli, salt and pepper etc), of course feel free to add. All the core ingredients are there to make a delicious meal!

  • What days do you deliver?

    Our deliveries operate from Monday – Friday.

  • Do you cater to allergens and dietary requirements?

    Yes we do. On the online store, you will see icons for items that are gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. If you have a specific allergy, or further requirements that aren’t on our menu, give us a ring on (02) 9252 1982, or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au and we can tailor something for you.

  • Is this subscription based?

    We are not subscription based, so you can just simply order whenever you want. We are looking into possibly bringing a subscription service as another option of ordering if our customers would like this as an option.

  • I was missing something in my order, what happens now?

    We have a thorough checking process so it’s rare we miss an item in our deliveries, however it can happen since we make and pack our boxes fresh everyday. If you are missing an item, give us a ring on (02) 9252 1982, or email us at orders@feedwell.com.au and we will resolve this for you.
