In addition, 99% of the packaging that we use for our event catering can be recycled and composted, and we also only use paper bags and straws (no single-use plastics).

Our corporate catering menus consist of more than 150 separate items, and our team is here to guide you through the full range of options so that you can serve a perfect mix of food for your event. We have menus designed specially for breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch, with dishes made for the whole team to share, as well as a selection of meals and snacks for one.

Sandwich platters feature a mix of different kinds of bread (including flatbreads, wraps, baguettes) plus a wide mix of fillings that ensure there is something to suit all your guests (all platters are 20% vegetarian, unless indicated otherwise).

We also serve a variety of salad platters, charcuterie boards, grazing plates and cheese boards that are ideal for corporate functions and private events of any size, from team breakfast meetings, to morning and afternoon tea, large scale conferences and public events. Our dishes include a mix of classics as well as our own innovations, all of which are produced fresh each day in our local Sydney kitchens by our team of talented chefs.

Our hot food and finger food menus include a variety of freshly baked goods like sweet and savoury croissants, cocktail rolls, gourmet beef pies, tartlets and quiches that can be enjoyed at breakfast, lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea.

For guests with dietary requirements, our menus are packed with gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options, including vegetarian muffin packs, fresh fruit platters, gluten free pudding cups, and falafel bites.
